PDA Diamond awards are the reflection of the philosophy of Shri Purushottam Das Agarwal, who believed that heroes exist in our everyday lives, all around us. The way we find a diamond buried deep into the depth of the mantle of the Earth in a place where the mercury soars to unbearable levels. The same way in a crowd of thousands of thousand people we get our diamond — “a person.” S/he has been suffered multiple blows of numerous problems hurled at him/her by society/nature in order to realize his/her dream or goal. But they never gave up due to the pressure of problems, instead kept improving themselves, polishing the diamond within, rising and shining continuously. Their challenge only brightens the brilliance leaving everyone in awe as they are discovered.
